Think of life coaching as a form of training for the three pillars: body, mind, and soul. I work symbiotically with my clients to ensure that their self-development journey is one filled with support, advocacy and insight on how to connect with themselves on a deeper and more fulfilling level.
Like most things in life, the more you put into your self development journey, the more you will get out of it. As much as I will be here to guide you, support you and be your biggest advocate, the coach-client relationship is very much a two-way street.
When working with clients, I seek to help them connect with their inner-selves on a deeper and more meaningful level. Remember, life coaching is not the same as mentoring – I will not be advising you based one expertise or experience; nor is it therapy or counselling where the focus might be medical or focussed on one particular issue you are facing, and how to overcome it.
As a life coach I am here to encourage you to explore beyond your comfort-level, seek your authentic self, and grow into who you were always truly meant to be.
